We understand that most of our customers don’t come to us because they are having a good day. When you’ve been in a collision, you’re trying to make sense of chaos. Our goal is to provide stability and predictability for you.
We will repair dents, replace broken parts, and repaint so that when you look at your vehicle, you won’t remember your collision. We’ll do our best to stay at or below our initial estimate. If it looks like we might go over it, we’ll let you know and lay out your options. We’ll know we’ve met our goal if you are having a good day when you leave our auto body shop.
